Just joining the MISA team, Mr. Oraz has been working with BFI at SKT International School as a school leader for the past 6 years. He holds a BA degree in Teaching, Philology, and Translation, as well as an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. Overall, Mr. Oraz has been in education for more than 13 years now.

Mr. Yuldashev Ibadulla
Mr. Yoldash possesses a demonstrated history of working in the international education industry in South East Asia for 17 years . He is skilled in Machine Learning, Public Speaking, Digital Marketing, Web Design, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Google For Education Tools and Scratch. He is a strong education professional with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science , as well as a Bachelor’s degree focused in English Studies form Hanoi University. He also holds a Masters Degree in Educational Technology.

Mr. Kyaw Moe Aung
With a commitment to BFI schools since 2005, Mr. Kyaw Moe Aung enters his third year as Director of Studies for Mandalay (MISA) and Nay Pyi Taw (NISA) campuses. He boasts a strong academic background with an MA in Education (IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, England), an MEd in Secondary Level STEM Teaching (UoPeople - online), and English Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). He also holds other teaching qualifications such as the Cambridge CELTA and the e-Teacher PD Fellowship (University of Oregon). He is also accredited as the programme leader for the Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning.
Preschool Campus Supervisor
Ms. Yin Mon Aye
My name is Ms. Yin Mon Aye, but students know me as Teacher Iris. I have been working at BFI Education Services Company Ltd. as an early childhood educator since 2006. Starting from this academic year (2024-2025), I am fully responsible for the MISA preschool campus as a supervisor.
I completed the prescribed course at Mandalay University of Foreign Languages, specializing in English. In addition to my degree, I have attended several preschool courses and programs, including the Diploma of Achievement in ECCD (London Examination Board), the Early Childhood Care and Development course from Social Welfare, the Orff Schulwerk music workshops, and other teaching-related courses.
Just as a pillar is very important to building a house, the early childhood years are the most important years of a child's life. Therefore, adult support and care play a vital role in children's lives. Thus, I encourage parents to cooperate with us in nurturing your child throughout their important developmental stages. Let's watch them grow and glow together.
